Townhome Basketball Court
The Board has received numerous complaints about problems relating to the basketball court in the townhome section of the community. Concerns range from playing/dribbling the ball late into the night, foul language, and littering. Signs will be posted stating that the court is closed from 9PM to 10AM daily. The sign will also state the rules of the court.
We are requesting that all parents whose children use the basketball court to talk with them about the rules and ask them to use the trashcan which the association had installed last year.
If there is not a marked improvementof the noise late at night, foul language, and littering, then the residents who complained have been advised that if they were to start a petition and obtain a majority of the homeowner’s signatures from sections 2 and 3 of the community, then the basketball hoops will be removed.
Continued problems can be reported to Todd Hassett at thassett@tmgainc.com who will forward them to Diane Wyman who will lead the petition effort on behalf of the concerned residents.
Wickham Road Auxiliary Parking Lot Opened Up Through the Night
After receiving complaints about crowded parking issues on Abbeyville and Tothill Drive, the Board has approved removing the sign which restricted parking overnight in the auxiliary parking lot off Wickham Road in between Dunsford and Tothill. We will be removing the “No Parking Overnight” sign and posting a “No Dumping” sign in its place.
Residents and guests are welcome to use this as overflow parking. The parking vehicle rules and regulations apply to all vehicles parked in this lot.
