2012 Assessments

You can now check your Norbeck Grove assessment account and architectural history through a website from the Management Group.


For 2012, the assessments are as follows:

Homeowners have several payment options:

  • The first option is to pay quarterly with your coupon book on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
  • The second option is to sign up for free direct debit which withdraws your monthly assessment.
  • The last option is to take advantage of a 3% discount by paying the entire year’s assessment up front. If you would like to go with this option, your payment must be received at The Management Group office no later than January 15th, 2012.

If you are currently using direct debit, there is no need to do anything. Please keep in mind that using a third party, such as on-line banking through your bank, creates a physical check which is then mailed to us and could result in posting delays.

For those homeowners who currently pay their assessments electronically through their banking institutions, please note that the mailing address changed effective January 1, 2007. Failure to update the address could cause delays in posting your payment to your account.  Please advise your bank that the new mailing address for payment is as follows:

Paying Your Assessments On-Line

Before you begin, you will need the following information:

  • The name of our association (Norbeck Grove Homeowners Association)
  • Your 10 digit account number with the association
  • Either your checkbook or credit card
  • 5 minutes of your time!
  1. Log into www.smartstreet.com
  2. Click the blue box in the upper left hand side of the screen marked Pay Assessments
  3. You may either set up a one time payment or recurring payments of your assessments. If you select a one time payment, click on the down arrow to chose to pay by e-check (no fee) or by credit card (note there is a $5 fee to pay by credit card). Fill out the appropriate form with your association name, account number, your name and address, payment information and amount. Follow the prompts as indicated. If you prefer, you may set up recurring payments of your assessments. You must first register for a login and password before you utilize this method. Follow the prompts as indicated.

Trash and Recycle

Our trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Make sure to have your cans out by 7:00 am.

Recycling pickup day is Thursday. Check the county website for changes due to holidays.
